Operations Manager - Area
company is searching for a qualified individual to be responsible for day to day plant
operations including receiving, storage, grading, inventory, packing and shipping.
Responsibilities include safety, attendance reporting, quality, throughput, costs
and productivity. Will be expected to help develop a lean business operating system,
and also be a teaching leader to help develop the desired culture within the plant.
10 yrs. experience in manufacturing or operations management including supervisory
and cost center management. Experienced leader in a lean manufacturing environment
preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
Industrial Sewers - Local
company is seeking experienced sewers for 1st shift. If you have any industrial

Welders / Cutters - We are
beginning our search for 4 to 6 people with welding and torching experience. We have
a new company that is being built in the White Pigeon area, and we will be assisting them
in having their equipment erected. Any construction background and blueprint reading
experience is extremely helpful! Will be cutting and welding the framework, etc.
Need people that can Stick and ARC weld, and or operate cutting torches.

Purchasing Agent - Currently
seeking an experienced Purchasing Agent. Successful candidate ust have previous
purchasing and inventory management utilizing MRP. Previous experience with BPCS
software is helpful. This is a permanent position for the right candidate.
Injection Mold Operators - Prefer experienced
operators, but will consider anyone with good work history. Need people for all
shifts, but if you can work 2nd or 3rd shift you can usually start immediately.
Good, fast hand coordination is needed, but the job itself is very trainable. These
jobs can go permanent, but people needing short-term work are encouraged to also apply!
