company is seeking one individual with industrial sewing experience to work 1st shift,
6:AM to 4:30PM. Would prefer a person that has sewed vinyl, but it is not critical.

CNC Operators - South Bend
company is in need of CNC operators. Set-up and operate Okuma and Takamaz CNC
turning centers, including bar feed and 4-axis machines. Qualified candidates will
have blueprint reading experience. Shift premium, 401(k), medical, dental and
life insurance, two weeks paid vacation after one year, holidays, and tuition
reimbursement.
Welders / Cutters - We are beginning our search for
4 to 6 people with welding and torching experience. We have a new company that is being
built in the White Pigeon area, and we will be assisting them in having their equipment
erected. Any construction background and blueprint reading experience is extremely
helpful! Will be cutting and welding the framework, etc. Need people that can Stick and

Help Desk Service - Looking
for a person to work 3 to 6 months to cover a medical leave. The company is located
in the Nappanee area, and has a network of approximately 100 computers in 5 locations.
The largest percentage of the network is local, but this person will need to
provide phone support to the other locations where a few of the network locations reside.
The company utilizes Microsoft Server 2003. This person will work more on the
individual needs (clean installs / rebuilds / software fixes, etc.) as opposed to network
woes, but 2 to 3 years of experience is still preferred. We would consider a strong
education in lieu of experience if the person demonstrates good PC / Network / MS Open
Office skills.
Human Resource Coordinator -
Perry Personnel is searching for an office coordinator in Goshen that is capable of
handling interviews and placing people on job assignments. This requires exceptional
people skills and good organizational skills. There is a tremendous amount of
documentation that takes place, so candidates should have previous jobs that display
detail-oriented work. Customer service and sales ability go hand-in-hand in this
type of environment. One moment you are handling employee affairs, and the next
moment you are taking job orders from a valued customer. We need maturity and a
take-charge attitude, but also someone that handles stressful situations with ease.

Part-Time Housekeeping - One
part-time job for every-other weekend, plus filling in for various reasons during the

Rubber Extrusion Operators -
Need dependable people that can work in a hot environment. The work can be heavy at
times, so people must be able to do some heavy lifting. These are permanent jobs,
and are available for 1st and 2nd shifts. The company prefers people that are
