Are there any fees to me, the employee?
No, there are no fees. Even if the position becomes
permanent there are still no fees to the employee.

Are jobs through Perry all contract
positions, or are there permanent positions as well?
Many positions that are available are considered
"temp to perm" or "contract to hire". Companies
are taking advantage of being able to review a person's
work ethic before hiring, so while Perry cannot
guarantee permanent placement on a temporary assignment,
the opportunity is there should the company be satisfied
with your work. Some of the projects will have definite
end dates, however, and you will be aware of this
before accepting the job. As you near completion
of these projects, we will begin searching new assignments
for you! |

How long are most contract assignments?
While some short-term assignments are available,
most technical assignments are long-term, lasting
6 months or longer. As mentioned above, many of
these contract assignments can lead to permanent
positions. |

Will my resume ever be sent to
a company or organization without my knowledge?
No. Perry will always contact you for your approval
before submitting your resume to any of our customers.
